Sanatana Dharma in its original form is known by the alternate name of Hinduism . [1] In the Vedic period , the name ' Sanatan Dharma' is found for the religion of the Indian subcontinent . 'Sanatan' means - eternal or 'everlasting', meaning one who has neither beginning nor end. [2] Sanatan Dharma is basically Indian religion , which at one time has spread all over Greater India (Indian subcontinent). Even after heavy conversions due to various reasons, the majority of the population of this region of the world believes in this religion.
